Services Provided

DriveNGo Strongsville Towing provides emergency and non-emergency towing services, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and weather conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle if we determine that providing service would be unsafe, illegal, or impractical.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on the type of service required, distance, vehicle type, and time of day.

You will receive a quote before service begins. Additional charges may apply if circumstances change during service or if additional services are required.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver is already en route to your location.

Liability and Insurance

DriveNGo Strongsville Towing maintains insurance coverage as required by law. We take reasonable care in handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for securing your personal belongings before your vehicle is towed. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles.

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. You must provide proof of ownership and valid identification to retrieve your vehicle. All outstanding charges must be paid before your vehicle is released.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible and that all necessary keys are provided. You must inform us of any special circumstances, hazards, or vehicle modifications that may affect the towing process.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
